Managed a RFP to transform the Digital ecosystem for the Federation, implementing a central CRM system, connected to all data sources of the Federation and clubs of the Synerglace Ligue Magnus, along with a ticketing solution.
In charge of understanding the objectives, the organisational maturity, writing the RFP, sourcing the candidates and assisting in selecting the right partner.
